I made this tartan skirt last month.I had some fabric left over from a dress I made so thought I would make a cute little skirt out of it. I bought some cheap fabric from Ebay to line it.
I used a simple a-line skirt pattern with two darts on each side, waistband, invisible side zip and a black lace trim to finish.
I styled the skirt with a plain white top tucked in, black tights. black block heel boots, a floppy hat and red lipstick. As it is still a bit chilly I would put on a leather jacket to keep warm.
