Straw Bag Obsession

I have been obsessed with straw handbags all summer, I would wear a different one with each outfit if I could. Here is a selection of straw bags that I have my eye on.

I love this colourful bag, it would be great for a festival. I don't think you would be able to wear anything overly patterned with it but I am liking it with the yellow dress the model in the picture is wearing. This is from Accessorize, it was £30 and is now £24.


I like the quirky shape of this one even though it does remind me of a beehive. It is from Free People  at £40. It doesn't look that big but I think you could fit all of your night out essentials in there.

This Newlook straw/tan bag is a bit more subtle than the others, it would take you right through to Autumn.  I'm liking the circular handles, I think I would use these more than the longer strap. This one is £19.99.

This one is pretty large, it would be the perfect airport bag holding all of your flight essentials. It is £28 from Topshop. 

How cute is this one? Zara do the best bags, I like that it has two handle options. It has the short beaded one you can hold or the more practical across the body strap.  It is a bit pricey at £29.99 but it's a classic bag that you could get out every summer.

I would take this one food shopping with me and put my lactose free milk in there along with some Frys chocolate cremes. I quite like the shabby laid back vibe of this Pull and Bear bag and it isn't too expensive costing £19.99.

More of a beach bag style with cute colourful tassels, this would be handy to pop your beach towel, sun cream, romantic novel and Love Island water bottle in. This one has been reduced to £15 from Dorothy Perkins.

This is one of my favourites, I'm not convinced my phone would quite fit but I would just carry it if I had a bag this cute. With the tan strap and straw colouring this bag would go with everything. This is from Zara and costs £29.99.
